This policy applies to Miss Grande Studio, a private internal tool used by Miss Grande, the business behind missgrande.com. It is not a public service and has no users other than Miss Grande.

What the tool does

Miss Grande Studio connects to Google Drive using Google sign-in (OAuth) to read, edit and store the business’s own video files. Access is limited to specific Google Drive folders that belong to Miss Grande.

Data accessed

The video files and file names in those Google Drive folders. The tool does not access emails, contacts, calendars or any other Google data.

How the data is used

Only to organise, transcribe, edit and store Miss Grande’s own videos. To do this, the content of the videos may be processed by external service providers acting on our behalf, for example transcription and editing services. They process the data only to provide those functions to us.

Sharing and storage

We do not sell this data and we do not share it with anyone for any other purpose, including advertising. Files are stored in Miss Grande’s Google Drive and, while being processed, in temporary working files on the business’s own computer.

Google user data

The use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
